Business Incubation & Operations Specialist

The Business Sweden France team is located in central Paris and is made up of 13 employees.

We are looking for a BI&O Specialist (part-time position) with a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and clients to join our team!

Our BI&O (Business Incubation & Operations) service is a toolbox of administrative services that facilitate Swedish companies’ establishment in a new market. As a BI&O Specialist you will manage and facilitate administrative tasks for our customers, mainly related to payroll and general administration. A key part of the role is communication with our customers and helping them resolve administrative issues. Identifying additional customer needs and developing our offer and sales in regard to administrative services is also part of your responsibilities.

You will work in a great team where we take care of, support and coach each other. You will work independently and in teams but it will be your clear objective to manage your own project deliveries on budget, time and with excellent quality.

The position is a part-time position (50%, 20h per week).

Skills & Requirements

Who are we looking for?


  • A service-oriented and problem-solving approach

  • A mind-set characterized by business-focus, detail orientation and flexibility

  • Social and team-working skills

  • An aptitude for working with administration

  • Working proficiency in Swedish, French and English

  • Good computer skills, proficiency in Excel


  • A degree in Accounting, Administration or HR

  • Experience from working with French payroll and administration
