JULÄINE Product Manager, HCP Marketing

Our first JULÄINE Product Manager, responsible for HCP Marketing, will develop and drive strategies for Europe that increase engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), focusing on our bio-stimulant JULÄINE™. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the key objective of the role is to translate product strategy into multi-channel tactics that drive HCP engagement and value to our partners and patients, ensuring a successful product launch.

Key Responsibilities include:

The JULÄINE Product Manager for HCP Marketing will develop international B2B, and B2B2C plans (with a focus on Europe) by aligning with commercial strategies and considering local demands, to support doctors and patients throughout their journey. Additionally, the role will:

  • Lead, create and deliver field sales materials and HCP marketing assets and campaigns across channels, while ensuring product positioning, branding, and messaging are integrated throughout all communication channels.
  • Follow up on relevant KPIs and monitor ROI on campaigns and channels, always ensuring cross-functional alignment with central team members.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across markets, while maintaining a local touch, and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
  • With support from local commercial teams, conduct market research and analyze data about HCPs within medical aesthetics to coordinate appropriate response plans.
  • Be the first point of contact for local marketing teams.
  • Gather feedback from local marketing teams about technical product information, clinical data, and product marketing resources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HCP & patient journeys and product experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-country marketing organizations, cross-functional partners, and HCP agencies to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful campaigns and associated messaging to deliver brand objectives.

Skills & Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Must have solid experience with marketing of medical devices within the aesthetics industry and preferably injectables within B2B and B2B2C
  • Product launch experience (strategy and implementation).
  • Prior experience working in a central marketing function, supporting multiple markets, collaborating with in-country marketing teams to build an understanding of local markets’ needs.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, oral, written, and listening in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for business as needed.
