Kappahl Group Logistics is currently in an exciting phase of development, and we are seeking a Quality coordinator who wants to be part of our journey forward. Over the next few years, we will relocate our distribution center from Mölndal to a newly constructed facility in Arendal. If you have logistics experience, a background in quality monitoring, and a passion for combining project management with sustainability efforts, this job opportunity is perfect for you!

The main responsibilities include creating and updating documents and information related to our processes and workflows, ensuring they are current and well-known throughout the organization. This role also involves overseeing delivery and packing instructions, both internally and externally. The position requires close collaboration with our purchasing department and our production offices in Asia and Europe, as well as monitoring deviations from suppliers and agents. Overall, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sustainability efforts within Kappahl Logistics, distribution central. Additionally, the coordinator leads smaller projects, and plays a key role in Logistics’ collaboration with external marketplaces, involving coordination and communication across functions and with external partners.

You will report to the Logistics Development Manager and are part of a team with four other colleagues. As a project member you will also report status and progress to the responsible Project Manager.**

Your profile** We prefer that you have an academic background and prior experience working with quality and sustainability issues within warehouse and logistics. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are proficient in both Swedish and English. You are accustomed to documenting processes and procedures and have several years of experience leading smaller projects. It’s advantageous if you have previously worked in Retail, have experience with external marketplaces, and possess knowledge of textile sustainability certification processes.

To succeed in the role, you are structured and analytical, you are interested in quality and sustainability. You are self-motivated, driven and good at planning and organizing your work based on workload, business goals and timeplans You have good communication skills, enjoys being part of a team and have a great ability to collaborate with and lead others.
