We are looking for an experienced CFO to join our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, guiding our financial strategy, and ensuring the financial health of the consultancy. • Previous experience from consulting business is important

• Previous experience of global business and a group structure is important

Your key responsibilities are:

• Monthly consolidated group reporting across business units and countries

• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team

• Group financial controller

• Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with regulations

• Budgeting, business forecasting and financial planning

• Billing, expenses, and cash flow management

• Salaries management

• Proactive profitability development

• Close collaboration with accounting partners, banks, auditors in Finland and the UK

• Close collaboration with CEO, non-executive board, and leadership team
