Customer Success Specialist

Join Basware as a Customer Success Specialist , where you'll drive the seamless adoption & success of Basware products with some of our most strategic customers. As a trusted advisor, your role encompasses driving adoption, ensuring retention, managing renewals, and enhancing overall customer health. We seek a candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Enterprise SaaS, finance, procurement, banking or consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Success Strategies - Develop and implement success strategies, creating achievable plans and benchmarking.
  • Advisory Role - Act as a trusted advisor, offering valuable guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Adoption and Improvement - Drive high adoption, measuring and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Health - Monitor and enhance customer health, proposing changes and using data insights for actionable strategies.
  • Operational Excellence - Manage operational activities for success and improvement plans.
  • Service Delivery - Deliver services, including workshops and coaching, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Renewals and Growth - Proactively drive renewals, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'd have:

  • 1-2 years partnering with enterprise customers supporting activities such as driving ROI/success, managing renewals, etc.
  • Proven ability in enhancing customer happiness, adoption, and retention
  • Solution-oriented with continuous improvement focus
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding, and conveying data insights
  • Experience in business environment customer management
  • Experience in finance and/or procurement preferred
  • Familiarity with driving and optimizing adoption for business outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate in a global matrix organization

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology or equivalent
