Job Description

Your mission

  • Provide second level support for supported infrastructure products, sometimes facilitating the support or troubleshooting efforts across various client support groups.
  • Provide second level production support to the application and their users.
  • Proactively maintain supported server based systems to ensure maximum availability

Your role

Technical Analysis and Specification:

  • Provide second level suppor of Citrix, Nutanix, Hyper-V, products. SME on WIN2K8, WIN2K16 server and desktop
  • Ensuring the Global Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments are current with all hotfixes, security patches and application versions.
  • Support and maintain Terminal Server, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments
  • Maintain and Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
  • Perform tuning to improve performance across Citrix environments.
  • Work with various project managers, application developers, various infrastructure groups within the client and 3rd party vendor

Support and Operations:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Window Server 2008R2/2016 and Windows 7/10 OS issues on servers and virtual platforms.
  • Implement successfully change records based on business needs for Infrastructure services
  • Create, update Problem Resolution Procedures
  • Meet/ exceed set SLAs in the resolution of assigned SM9 problem tickets
  • Shift and Pager mandatory
Skills & Requirements

Your profile


  • University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience as a Technical Analyst
  • In-depth technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms.
  • Experience on applications with multiple functions
  • Experience in IT development, support and implementation roles
  • Knowledge of change management with a XenAPP and XenDesktop Certification.


  • ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis
  • Technical Certification in an IT area
