To excel on efficiency and speed to market – with Supply Chain as an important competitive player - we are currently strengthening our Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Therefor we are looking for a pro-active Demand Planner with a strong analytic mindset. You are data driven, understand the power of great teamwork and are motivated by lifting the entire demand & supply planning processes to the “next level” by processes and better system utilization. Taking the planning responsibility for your own area in close partnership with Sales & Finance you will make a direct impact on our business and strengthen Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), forecasting processes & IBP implementation.
This is what you will do
As Demand Planner you ensure one view of sales volumes which reflects the market, Sales Manager inputs and customer dialogues. In the on-going & monthly sign-off & review process you capture the changes in the sales volumes to understand the impact to supply and the financial plan. You will also balance short-term perspective with long-term, to ensure forecast accuracy and customer service level.
With an analytical & business mindset, you facilitate dialogues cross-functionally to ensure proactive decisions and escalations. When needed - You support the development of our total supply chain with continuous focus on optimization and anchoring demand planning in the Danish organization.
You own the country/channel demand review meetings within the SIOP monthly cycle, where you build trust and commitment with key stakeholders internally and externally. In addition, facilitate common view and decision materials for the Country S&OP meetings.
