About the position

We are on a journey of continuous growth - Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Representative for the RV Outdoor department!

We are seeking a motivated individual with sales experience in the RV aftermarket industry to drive sales and expand our aftermarket presence in Sweden for our Dometic/Kampa Tents and Equipment brands for the RV market.

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
  • Provide input on new products and marketing plans
  • Work with the sales team to deliver accurate forecasts
  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Oversee accounts and acquisition in the aftermarket
  • Train and support the professional growth of sales executives
  • Complete necessary reporting and analyze sales data
  • Represent Dometic at trade shows, conferences and association meetings

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the RV aftermarket industry
  • Technical education background
  • Experience in outdoor aftermarket sector
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Passion for camping and outdoor life
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to train customers
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
  • Sociable, outgoing, and capable of taking initiative
  • Flexible with working hours and adaptable to travel requirements
