We're gearing up to launch our second hotel in Stockholm, nestled in the vibrant heart of Kungsholmen this autumn. Come aboard and be a key player in shaping this hotel's inception from the ground up, start in September.

What's it like being a Hospitality Manager at Scandic Go?
Are you ready to rock as a Hospitality Manager? If you are, then you'll love this amazing opportunity at Scandic Go, the hotel chain that's all about having fun, being flexible, and being friendly. You are responsible to make sure everything runs smoothly, and the guests are happy. You are the leader of making sure the hotel is awesome and follows the Scandic Go concept.

You'll run and oversee the daily operations, making sure everyone follows the Scandic Go work approach and create a good vibe for the hotel staff to deliver top-notch guest service.

You keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to make sure the hotel is making money and doing well. You'll always act according to Scandic's values, leadership compass, policies, and Code of Conduct.

You'll report to the District Director, who manages several hotels in the area.

Who are you?
We're on the lookout for someone amazing to lead our hotel team. If you're a fantastic leader with a big-picture view, love teaming up with others, and spread tons of positive vibes – then you might be the one we're searching for!

You're like a champion when it comes to leading others, super flexible, and can solve problems with a smile. Creating friendships is your jam, and you're always there when your team needs you, even at funky times and days. Giving feedback and chatting with your team is important to you, and you make sure everyone feels seen and heard.

You're a master at planning your time and working towards short-term and long-term goals. And, of course, you're brave, humble, and totally represent Scandic’s values!

To be part of our squad, you need previous experience in leading in a similar role as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative ability, experience of financial planning and follow-up as well as good practice of working in different system support. Being great at paperwork, handling money, and rocking it in both Swedish and English are also key.

About the position
You'll be in charge of the results and budget of the whole hotel operation. You will have the internal control, making sure everything is neat and tidy and follows the rules.

You are responsible for people and workplace of the whole hotel operation, including hiring, training, developing, talent management, making sure you have the best people on your team and helping them shine.

You are responsible for the hotel's overall safety work, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff. You'll make sure the hotel follows the lease agreements regarding technical management. You'll be the one who's responsible for the hotel and liquor licenses.

Who do you work and talk with?
You are responsible for enabling a positive and collaborative culture and ensuring that everyone in the hotel is on board.

You'll work with functions within the country's Support Office, such as marketing, sales, finance, etc, and be part of the district's management team. You'll keep professional relationships with property owners.

You'll work on different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
