PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

By Malene Birger are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the sourcing and production team, maintain and optimize master data and flow across departments. Placing samples and production orders.
Overall responsibility is to optimizing ERP supply chain processes in Supply plan and Procurement area, managing communication in between departments, support on other ERP related areas towards business. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication and data detail focus are the keys aspects of the role.
Daily tasks
- Provide ERP system excellence when it comes to Supply plan and procurement.
- Ensure & validate Master data flow from PLM to M3 (products, seasons, assortments and ect.)
- Ensure Supplier Agreements, purchase agreements and costings are done for PO placing.
- Improve and initiate processes and workflows that can optimize BMB product flow together with a highly motivated Product team.
- Place Purchase/samples orders in ERP either manually or by MRP process.
- Serve as the business process owner for optimizing IT platforms’ day-to-day workflows and reporting.
Skills & Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Has analytical mindset and experience with production-related software.
- Person who feels comfortable with systems
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Mature and calm personality
- Hands- on and active doer
- Trustworthy with great respect for other people
