We want a Marketing Automation Developer to join us in Stockholm, Sweden!

About the role:

As our Marketing automation developer, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts setting up and building various logical flows between our loyalty platform and marketing automation platform. You will work closely with our CRM and Loyalty teams to create and optimize automated marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall marketing performance.

You will be a part of our Customer Journey tech organization and currently we are looking at the future and working on how we can create fantastic guest experiences with the help of modern technology. If you're passionate about customer data, modern CRM solutions and working closely with customers, this role is for you!

Main activities: 

  • Build and configure logical flows between the loyalty platform and marketing cloud.
  • Develop and optimize automated marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customized for omni-channel communication
  • Drive and enhance loyalty activities through creative use of customer data and behavioral analysis
  • Utilize segmentation and advanced analytics to enable data driven decisions to optimize customer engagement
  • Act as a technical support within the CRM-team, delivering solutions and insights to support the business needs and vision
  • Develop dynamic templates within marketing cloud

Skills & Requirements

Experiences you bring and share with us:

  • Experience working in a technical role within Marketing Automation
  • Proficiency in SQL and HTML
  • Familiarity with AmpScript, WebHooks and integration challenges
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, databases and omni-channel challenges
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Previous experience working with one or several loyalty program/programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous experience within hospitality or e-commerce would be a big plus
