ITSM Specialist

We are now looking for an ITSM Specialist within Service Catalog, Request and Knowledge at the Lantmännen Group. This is what you will do

As an ITSM Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization’s IT services together with your closest team. You will manage and optimize our ITSM framework as well as maintain and oversee our internal service portal. Your responsibilities include Service Catalog Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management. You'll develop services, enhance user experience, and maintain a knowledge base for self-service.

You will work closely with stakeholders within our businesses and within the IT-organization where you, in close collaboration with the ITSM practice owners, will drive the agenda for adoption and continuous improvement of practices via governance reference meetings, trainings and providing guidance.

You will create and define requests for development to our external development team in an agile development cycle and align with the other stakeholders. You will continuously collaborate with our ServiceNow architect regarding the impact of new upgrades and changes to the tool. You will also follow up on quality and compliance of your practices by working with KPI’s and reports.

You will work strategically with long-term issues in processes and improvements and operatively with day-to-day activities that must be solved to ensure business continuity.

You will be part of the IT Operations team at Lantmännen Group Functions, and you will report to the Manager of Competence Center Operation and Security Center. This position is located at Lantmännen office in Stockholm or Malmö. Occasional travel between our offices in Malmö and Stockholm is to be expected.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • At least a few years work experience ITSM practices

  • Proven experience in service catalog design, request and knowledge management.

  • ITIL certifications (ITIL 4 preferred).

  • Previous experience from working with ServiceNow as an ITSM tool is a plus.

  • Experience of working in projects across a large organization where you had to navigate within multiple IT-services. Having led one is considered a plus.

  • Familiarity with data modeling, data dictionaries, and data quality frameworks.

  • Understanding of service-oriented organizations.

  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.

  • Experience of working with different countries and cultures is a plus.
