We offer you
As a Design Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing design workflows, tools, and processes. You will also educate designers in new tools and routines. You’ll be a part of the Sustainability & Business Development team, working together cross functional making an impact for Kappahl Group, creating a responsible world of fashion.

Your profile
You have a bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design or related field. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work efficent with cross functional teams. You have a passion for sustainability and a commitment to integrating eco-friendly practices into design operations. Having a strong understanding of fashion industry trends, processes and best practices is crucial for this position.

Experience with garment construction, fabric sourcing, and production processes is a plus. Good knowledge of all Office software as well as design tools (illustrator, Adobe, Clo, PLM)

As a person you are business-driven, communicative, analytical, good ability to plan, innovative and good at prioritizing with a strategic approach.
