We are now looking for a Client Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about people and can engage clients of different backgrounds and seniority levels. You are commercially driven and interested in developing Kurppa Hosk Communication's business with an eye to our mission – to create unforgettable brands.
As Client Director, it will be your task to handle our most important key accounts and provide the expertise and insight needed to grow the business while delivering top-class creative work with our amazing creative team. In return, you will have the opportunity to be part of shaping the future of Kurppa Hosk Communications together with ARC. We are on a journey to become the benchmark of our industry by making our clients the benchmarks of theirs.

In the role as Client Director at Kurppa Hosk Communications, your areas of responsibility are:

Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.

Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients.

Leading and developing a team of creatives, production managers, and strategists to provide the utmost client service.

Identify opportunities that create value for our clients, scope transformation teams with full-time creative consultants, and deliver results on the task.

Working with the Kurppa Hosk Communications management team and other senior managers to generate new business leads and accounts for Kurppa Hosk Communications and across ARC.

Use your skills to creatively and strategically push clients and the agency.

Responsible for evaluating client/Kurppa Hosk Communications relationship and performance.

A holistic mindset and view of the client and business

Conduct negotiations and handling agreements in the mutual best interest of clients.
The ideal candidate will:

Be part of recruiting new clients.

Grow, secure & expand SOWs on existing clients.

Deliver measurable value to our clients.

+6-10 years of experience in similar positions
-
Preferably experience in Management Consulting
