Contact Center Representative

Work tasks
In the role of Contact Center Representative, you participate in the operational work at our Contact Center in Gran Canaria. The work involves having contact with our guests abroad via telephone, SMS and email. You must ensure high customer satisfaction, quality, sales and productivity based on the customer's needs. You will work in a team of about 10 people.
Skills & Requirements
You are organized, service-minded, can work independently and express yourself well in speech and writing.
