As a Project manager at the Cloud Operations department you will act as a bridge between Cloud Operations and the installation projects managed by our regional sales companies. Together with regional Project Managers you will make sure that the systems are delivered according to specification and project plan. In this position, you will:

  • Coordinate the long-term planning for new and ongoing customer projects, mainly for projects in UK and EU countries, as well as coordination of maintenance tasks for existing customers
  • Translate projects scopes, deliverables, and milestones into tasks for our engineering teams
  • Internally communicate and manage customer expectations within Cloud Operations
  • Help the regional project managers deliver the projects within scope, on budget and on time
  • Help identify and assess risks in projects
  • Develop and improve routines and processes to further enhance our deliveries

Skills & Requirements

We always look for your willingness and ability to learn and take on new tasks fast, utilize previous experiences and quickly grasp new information. We also want you to have a strong analytical mindset in which we consider it to be important that you can understand and break down and solve problems. We also look for good communicators who have the ability to interact with colleagues, partners and customers in an effective, clear and constructive way.

Apart of the above, the following requirements apply:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, IT or related area with good grades
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A real interest in and understanding of IT in general
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

We also consider it an asset if you:

  • Speak more languages than those required above
  • Have experience of other cultures
  • Experience from working in large IT projects
  • PACS/Radiology/DICOM HL7 experience
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but qualifications, experience and/or technical knowledge in the information technology sector is highly preferred
  • Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have a pilot’s license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd
