About the position

Groceries and Specialty Stores is an important customer group for us, for whom we offer a high-quality selection of products. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for Groceries and Specialty Stores to join our commercial team in Finland. In this position, you will lead and develop a profitable customer base and manage dedicated accounts to create long-term partnerships and strong customer relationships according to Oriola’s strategy and objectives.

As a member of the Commercial team Finland, you will also ensure that sales-related activities are carried out in accordance with jointly defined
strategy and goals. You will work closely with Oriola's offerings, customer service and marketing.

Primary responsibilities

  • Lead and develop profitable customer base and manage dedicated retail accounts to create long-term partnerships and loyal customer relationships according to Oriola’s strategy and objectives.​

  • ​Provide customer insights and take development initiatives to ensure customer centric development in Oriola.​

  • Responsible for yearly Customer account Plans/Budget and follow-up of the plans.​

  • ​Support the external sales field operations.​

  • ​Work closely together with​ Wholesale team and other Oriola functions to ensure efficient end-to-end execution.​

  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and value creation in customer interactions.​

  • Strive for innovation and improvement in Customer Excellence.

Skills & Requirements


Requirements from our side:

We expect from you a solid experience with 5+ years in sales roles with customer responsibility​ and several years of experience in account management/sales in FMCG health-related business environment ( B2B, B2C) . Understanding of grocery e-commerce opportunities is needed in this role.

In addition, we require retail experience and market understanding.​ Tactical mindset and strong experience in analyzing sales and other data available, leading to forecasting and implications to decision making​ are also needed. Managerial experience is considered as an advantage.

We require fluency in Finnish and English. Swedish is a valued add-on.
