Sales Manager Norway

Role Scope:
As the first Sales Manager for KlarPris Norway, you will play a pivotal role in finding and establishing relationships with customers in the installation industry on the Norwegian market. You will manage both our current and potential new customers, having full ownership of the sales cycle; from initial contact to agreement negotiation, onboarding and integration and subsequent relationship care. You will be responsible for your own budget but will be a part of the extended sales team with colleagues in both Denmark, Sweden and Germany, giving you the opportunity to draw on the expertise from all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers in the industry, whilst initiating and steering the commercial dialogue and driving sales!
  • Gain a deep understanding of our stakeholders and end customers' businesses, collaborating with our customers to define innovative solutions offered by KlarPris.
  • Visit customers to introduce, demo and explain the benefits of the KlarPris platform.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure proper implementation of new customers within the KlarPris system.
  • Taking the KAM role on bigger customers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Your educational background is not decisive. On the other hand, it is important that you have solid experience with B2B sales, key account management and relationship maintenance. Experience with SaaS companies is a plus but not an absolute requirement.
  • Extended experience from the supplier or wholesale industry with the sale of electrical, plumbing and/or ventilation items is a must.
