About the position

We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Key Account Manager for the Benelux countries.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure that we deliver growth of the Dometic products across all relevant Automotive channels in the region BNL

• Develop customer, and channel plans

• Plan and lead contract negotiations. Support for key customers in the automotive and vehicle construction sectors in NL and BE, responsible for business development in this area.

•Acquisition of new customers and projects, further development and operational implementation of strategic concepts to acquire new customers, analysis and observation of the market and competitive situation, negotiation of offers and framework conditions, visits to trade fairs and exhibitions.

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be a solid experience within key account management and sales – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years of selling in Netherland Automotive market
  • Ideally experience in the truck and commercial vehicle industry
  • Very good Dutch and English language knowledge, German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Willing to travel, structured and analytic skill, sales skills, technical understanding
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
