Now, we’re on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager for our Lime CRM product who shares our passion for driving growth and innovation.

Working closely with the product management and sales teams, as well as the rest of the marketing squad, you will be the architect behind our product positioning and messaging, translating features into compelling benefits and stories that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in developing product marketing strategies that not only inform but also inspire.

You have an endless curiosity and passion for the impact great products can have in the everyday life of a customer. Beyond this you have a technical interest and acumen and are looking for a workplace where you’ll be constantly challenged and hanging out with great colleagues.

Who will you be working with?

With a strong and dedicated marketing team at our headquarters in Lund, we are creating most of our content centrally and activate it in our local markets with the help of a growing team of local field marketers in our European offices. You will join a team of 13 people with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, web development, customer marketing, field marketing and more. You will collaborate closely with our product management department as well as our sales teams throughout Europe. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we like just having fun together.

What would we like you to do?

  • Create value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive internal and external positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Translate features into benefits and capabilities for customer-facing communications and packaging.
  • Equip our sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, from product pitch decks to product demos.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to plan and execute successful end-to-end product launches to both prospects and existing customers, to facilitate both new sales and upsell.
  • Collaborate with the rest of our marketing team to produce engaging content that drives awareness and leads
  • Dive deep into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy, product positioning opportunities and adjustments.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, product usage and engagement data, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal results.
  • Product partner co-marketing strategies and activities.
  • Drive adoption and implementation of the product marketing ways-of-working and scope across the Lime product portfolio.

Skills & Requirements

Experiences & skills

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of Product Marketing in international growth SaaS or tech company.

  • Successful experience in rolling out product go-to-market strategies and launches.

  • Passion for the intersection of technology, content, communication, and business.

  • Strong project management skills, used to leading complex cross-functional projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • A proven track record of making strategic decisions and successfully executing them in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and simple.
  • A team player, ready to collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.
  • Experience in marketing and product analytics tech tools s.a. Intercom (for in-app communication), Heap (for product analytics), CRM, Marketing Automation, Wordpress (for website), as well as marketing planning tools such as Asana.

Language: We require full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English

What will the recruitment process look like?
