For our Group Functions at Lantmännen, we are now looking for a structured and team-oriented Treasury Operations Accountant to work with us where we have business in mind and people at heart.

This is what you will do

In the role of Treasury Operations Accountant, you will be responsible for various tasks within Treasury Operations and provide daily support to the Lantmännen group and its subsidiaries globally together with your colleagues. You are responsible for daily reconciliation of Treasury's bank accounts and cash pools, registrations of transactions, interest rate fixing and the confirmation and settlement process for transactions carried out by Group Treasury. Preparation of daily liquidity forecasts including analysis and follow-up of deviations. At month-end, you report internal transactions, send out intercompany reports to the companies and handle related issues in connection with the financial reporting. You will also manage intra-group invoices in the monthly netting. Another part of the job is to assist Cash Management with cash pool administration, bank account management such as agreements and user setup, etc. You will take part and play a key driver in projects related to the development and optimization of Treasury Operations processes, routines, manuals, etc.

An important part of your task is to work closely with our internal stakeholders, our various subsidiaries, and Shared Service Centre within the Lantmännen Group. They are found in several countries and vary of size and business. You will act as a business partner, building relationships, supporting, and advising these subsidiaries in back office related matters ensuring that they are working according to Lantmännen policies and standards. Through the close collaborations, you will get unique insights in our diverse businesses, from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy to food and real estate.

You will be part of Group Treasury and Risk Management, consisting of 14 team members with different focus areas. You will be a part of a company and team where teamwork and inclusion are important for our success, and you will have the opportunity to influence your work and personal development. You will report to the Head of Treasury Operations, and you will work closely together with your team, as well as others within the Group. The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • You might be a recent graduate with a University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar, or have prior experience, with a broad competence in Treasury Operations.
  • You have good experience in structuring your own work and you can easily familiarize yourself with new systems and routines.
  • You’re comfortable working with Excel and other analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Swedish and English.

You are:
