Region Europe is a key region within Business Sweden and operates from 15 offices, from Moscow in the east to Madrid in the west. The Berlin and The Hague offices are included in the Westen Europe Hub covering Benelux, Germany and Switzerland. We focus to grow the advisory part of our business, and to become even more relevant in ecosystems such as eMobility, eHealth, Smart Industries and Start-ups to help propel growth of Swedish companies internationally.
To help drive this journey, we are currently looking to grow the team with a few senior consultants within the region as a whole, two of you to be based out of Berlin and The Hague respectively. You have a consulting profile and experience from scoping and delivering professional services and advisory related to commercial excellence and revenue growth.
Europe is Sweden's closest and most obvious business partner but also where Swedish companies have to be the most innovative to tap into new market segments and business models to find growing revenue streams in a mature market. We recognize that Swedish companies that invest strongly in local precense, strategic partnerships and innovation in the region have the highest growth and profitability.
Our relevancy to customers depends on our ability to bring market insights and a best-in-class strategic, consultative advisory. What do we expect from you?
You will scope, lead and deliver projects that provide support to leading Swedish companies in their international business development and expansion - in Germany, Benelux and Switzerland as in other markets in Europe and globally. The projects include market entry and growth strategies, market and stakeholder analysis, business partner- and target acquisitions, and similar.
You will contribute in driving senior sales dialogues, insight driven origination of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and developing customer value propositions.
We already have a strong and dedicated team in place, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in analysing market drivers, interacting with senior corporate leaders, interpersonal and team management skills.
Skills & Requirements
Who are we looking for?
You have a higher academic degree, probably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration
You have a background in a renowned management consultant firm and have relevant working experience for at least 6-10 years
You have operated in an international context with business and market focus
You are experienced and successful in scoping advisory services, and confident in driving and supporting sales dialogues
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is a requirement
As a second langauge Swedish/German/Dutch/French language skills are required, and meriting to have a combination of these
You are results-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges. You have social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness.
