All over the world - in universities and research labs as well as in schools, hospitals, airports, shops, offices, hotels, and more - social robots are being explored and deployed today to help people lead better lives, support employees, delight customers, and add value to businesses as well as new insights to researchers. Humans are entering a new era where talking to machines, and interacting with them in our most natural ways (as if they were a person) is becoming 'normal'. But it's still early days in this revolution. The rules are still being written, and the road ahead is wide open. Furhat Robotics has established itself as a global leader in telling the story of social robotics, and this is where you come in.
We are now looking for a Sales assistant intern to further strengthen our commercial team.
We do a lot of sales, and our customers vary from universities to some of the largest enterprise companies in the world. Our sales team is great, and they now want some help with lead generation, and desktop research and analysis. As is life in a startup, your job might also include other tasks from time to time as everyone in the company helps out if needed, but your main focus is on commercial outreach.
This is a job that requires patience, structure, and attention to details, over extended periods of time.

You will report to a sales person and be part of a very energetic team of scientists, entrepreneurs and engineers building the most advanced social robotics company in the world.
As a Sales Assistant intern , you will:

Generate lead lists using the sales resources available in the company (Leadfeed, navigator, etc)

Work with customer success on upselling processes and managing Hubspot to update our customer database with information, also making sure sales documents are inputted everywhere, finding old contracts etc.

Working on executing sales campaigns and working on sales material with the sales department, generating videos for customers, pitch decks etc
To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

A completed or near completed bachelor/masters degree

Near-native proficiency in English

Very good organizational skills

A willingness to take initiative and responsibility

A "grit" mindset

Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial spirit

A willingness to become an expert on the Furhat robot and other services we are delivering
It would be great if you also have:

Previous experience working with startups
- Working with CRM systems
