The role

As a Solution Architect at Sectra Scandinavia, you will be part of a team with overarching responsibility for the technical delivery within our region. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our solutions meet high-quality design standards that succeed both during the sales phase and in implementation and management.

In this role, you will integrate customer needs, documentation, and compatibility across Sectra’s product portfolio into packaged solutions. You will need to share your knowledge and solutions both internally and externally. The work primarily takes place before a solution is implemented at the customer site, so it’s essential that you enjoy writing materials, conducting investigations, and documenting.

When Sectra participates in public procurements, you will play a significant role in developing solutions that match customer needs. In these processes and during all customer interactions, you need to see the big picture and understand how a solution fits with the existing infrastructure while ensuring it meets future needs and challenges.

The role of Solution Architect also includes:

  • Leading the way in Sectra’s cloud transformation as the company transitions from offering a software solution to becoming a service provider. This involves designing solutions for cloud delivery models that meet customer needs for scalability, flexibility, and security.
  • Designing and documenting solutions that are cost-effective and meet customer needs in both the short and long term.
  • Standardizing ways of working, where you will be a key contributor during both the design and project phases.
  • Creating a diverse solution palette based on the product portfolio combined with the company’s expertise.
  • Maintaining a long-term focus and a holistic perspective for our customers.
  • Working on problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Be a key player in Sectra Scandinavias cloud transitions

Skills & Requirements

Solution Architect is a key and central role with many touchpoints. There is significant flexibility to shape the role in line with your preferences, interests, and abilities. You will, of course, receive support from your colleagues in the Advanced Operations Scandinavia group, and you will be assigned a mentor to help you get started.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in both a Scandinavian language and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in IT.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in teams.
  • Clarity, honesty, and a winning mentality.

    It is also an advantage if you:
  • Have experience with integrations and technical documentation.
  • Have experience in project management.
  • Have sales experience in any form or have participated in public procurements.
  • Have experience in networks, IT operations, or service delivery in Microsoft Azure.
  • Have knowledge of several Scandinavian languages.

As the role requires excellent language proficiency, we will only process applications written in a Scandinavian language.
