Welcome to Rovio! We are looking for a User Research Specialist to join our Game’s central team in Espoo, Finland!
Good product decisions begin with a deep understanding of user needs. Our user research team’s goal is to enable the game teams create top performing games by providing key insights that guide the product development process from ideation to launch.
You will work with both external and internal partners. You will help develop the user research culture and place the user needs at the center of our initiatives. Your research background coupled with your deep understanding of data will ensure that you’re an effective advocate for players and can provide strategic guidance about their wants, needs, and behaviors. You will empower the game teams to make player-informed strategic decisions and constantly look for best practices and methods, while developing our user testing culture. You will workclosely with all game teams, and most central teams.
