Field System Engineer - Sectra Communications

Vår tjänst som Field System Engineer inom Sectra Communications CSS-team innefattar en härlig mix av spännande teknik, nära kundrelationer och samarbete med samhällsviktiga funktioner. Här finns en möjlighet att jobba med kryptoprodukter i en tid då vi behöver dem som mest.

På Sectra Communications arbetar vi med utveckling av produkter och tjänster som bidrar till ett säkrare och tryggare samhälle både i Sverige och Europa. Vi utvecklar och säljer avancerade lösningar inom IT-kommunikation för att möta de höga krav som våra myndigheter och försvar ställer på säkerhet, användbarhet och tillgänglighet.

Avdelningen Customer Support & Services (CSS) ansvarar för försäljningsstödjande aktiviteter både innan och efter ingångna nya avtal. Det innefattar allt ifrån tekniska presentationer vid kundmöten till kundinstallationer, utbildningar och eftermarknadsbearbetning. Här på Sectra lever vi ”customer obsessed”, våra kunder består av nära och långsiktiga relationer, därför lägger vi stor vikt i service och uppföljning. Vi strävar efter att fortsätta leverera en bra kundupplevelse och utökar nu teamet med flera nya supportingenjörer.

Rollen

I rollen som Field System Engineer inom CSS är du en viktig länk mellan våra kunder och våra utvecklingsteam, du har möjlighet att vara med och skräddarsy våra produkter utifrån kundernas behov. Du är med från första installation till rutinbesök och underhåll vilket innebär en del resande inom Sverige och Europa. Vidare är dina huvudsakliga uppgifter att:

  • Konfigurera och felsöka skarpa system
  • Utbilda kundernas IT-ansvariga på nya produkter och funktioner
  • Upplysa kunder om Sectra Communications produktportfolio
  • Stödja utvecklare vid framtagning av manualer
  • Samarbeta tätt med försvarsmyndigheter
  • Assistera vid testning av produkter
  • Hantera supportärenden

Vi söker dig som:

  • Innehar en tekniskt relevant Bcs- eller Mcs utbildning
  • Är naturligt serviceminded med en vilja att dela kunskap med andra
  • Har intresse av IT-säkerhet
  • Är flytande i svenska och engelska
  • Har svenskt medborgarskap, då tjänsten är säkerhetsklassad

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Kunskap inom nätverk och Linux

  • Språkkunskap i franska
