Capgemini Invent is the digital innovation, consulting, and transformation arm of the Capgemini Group. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us in the role of Director in the Intelligent Industry Data and Analytics department in Stavanger, Bergen or Oslo. In this leadership position, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through challenges and enabling them to seize new opportunities through strategic data initiatives.
Your Role:
As a Director, you will lead and oversee the planning and execution of high-impact projects within data and analysis, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the intersection of business development, technology, and data. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our rapidly growing department and will be responsible for driving both the strategic vision and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic leadership and direction in the areas of data analysis, artificial intelligence, and automation.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
· Lead initiatives in shaping industry perspectives and actively contribute to building intellectual capital within the organization.
Your Experience:
· Proven track record in a leadership role, with a focus on data and analytics, artificial intelligence or automation.
· Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines).
· 8+ years of proven experience in a consulting or similar professional services environment.
· Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects with tangible business outcomes.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
· Experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships at executive level.
