CX and Sales Strategist

In order to master in this role, you have:

  • Solid experience in strategic consulting, customer-centric business development or other relevant area of consulting with the ability to create an impact that will take future businesses forward
  • A good understanding of our customers’ business and strategy and the ability to work as the trusted advisor for your customers, adding value in each encounter
  • Experience in successfully meeting sales budgets
  • Excellent business acumen and a strong strategic and commercial approach to develop existing customer relationships and discover new opportunities
  • Ability to fluently communicate service offerings and link these directly to customers’ key performance indicators
  • Track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work for customers with demonstrated results and impact
  • Experience in framing and overseeing projects and taking a holistic responsibility that ensures world class final deliverables
  • Inbuilt leadership skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
  • A genuine interest for constant personal development
  • Fluent English skills and based in London
  • Passion to work in a creatively driven agency environment

On a regular day at Hellon, you:

  • Deliver value and business growth for our customers as the CX Strategist / Trusted Advisor within accounts and projects
  • Take a leadership role in developing new business by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing clients
  • Gain in-depth understanding of your clients’ business strategy, service offerings, organisation, processes, and decision-making structures and based on these systematically update your plans on selected accounts
  • Develop close relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops with sensitivity to client and team needs
  • Utilise the combination of strong analytical ability and creative thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
