The Account Manager is responsible for addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. Account manager at Adtraction usually works with multiple middle-size and/or few large accounts. It is the main point of contact for many advertisers, provides customer service and is involved in upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.

  • Account management within e-commerce
  • Maintain and develop relationship with advertisers and media agencies
  • Manage, analyse, evaluate and optimise partner programs
  • Maximise performance of managed accounts
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned advertisers
  • Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high sales seasons (ex. Black Friday)
  • Identify and consult new advertisers in areas with growth potential
  • Use CRM system
  • Work with OKR goal setting framework
  • Maintain good service and results with customers
  • Contribute with new ideas to the overall growth of Adtraction
