Each year more than 250 000 people from all over the world visit us at Scandic Destination Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help us give them a memorable adventure at the North Cape.

No matter what your next adventure is, whether it's to explore the Arctic, make new friends or travel the world, spending the summer season working with us in Team Nordkapp should be a memory for the rest of your life. Our Nordkapp Energy Team will arrange activities both inside and outside the entire season, so you can get even more acquainted with your coworkers and life here at the North Cape. Scandic Destination Nordkapp includes Scandic Bryggen, a small intimate boutique hotel; Scandic Honningsvåg, a well-known landmark in Norway’s northernmost town; Scandic Nordkapp, a unique hotel in the middle of nature; and Nordkapphallen, the visitor center at the very top of Europe – the North Cape Plateau.

Skills & Requirements

Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English. Skills in any Scandinavian language are appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application.

All our team members involved in preparing food must adhere to the highest organizational, hygiene, health and safety standards. It is also required that you show the necessary competence and knowledge of catering to varying dietary requirements.

Other requirements relevant to the positions are available upon request. If you have any special skills such as knowledge of OPERA Hotel systems, Micros POS, Certificate of Apprenticeship, Driver's license class B etc. please note this in your application. If you are applying as a group, please provide separate applications for each applicant.

All positions are seasonal with startup from early May to mid-June until mid-August to late September 2024. The positions will also require work on evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays based on posted schedule.

We provide housing in shared accommodation. Hourly salary based on the collective agreement for Hotel and Restaurant (Riksavtalen - LO/NHO).
