We are looking for a “hungry” sales professional to help reach our growth target of +50% YoY. You will actively find and develop a relationship with new customers with the perspective to help the customer evolve the freight procurement process using best-in-class digital SaaS software.

Skills & Requirements

You can showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills from the level of freight buyer up to senior management. You should also act proactively to identify customers’ needs and address them with our SaaS solutions to facilitate the sale process from the beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-customer relationships at a very high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new potential customers in agreed verticals
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for customers
  • Organize regular customer meetings to discuss upsell
  • Work closely with the regional Customer Success Manager to deliver best-in-class customer service and results
  • Ensure that budget and KPI requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and updates in your market
  • Establish best practices in sales to meet and exceed the growth targets
  • Monitor and report on your sales performance
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a value-based solution selling B2B
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and to generate customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of SaaS in general and CRM/procurement software and MS Office (Excel)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Well organized and structured
  • The corporate language is English. Additional language skills are a plus

  • Location is either home office or local Alpega branch office
