Your Role

As a Medior to Senior Scrum Master/Consultant, you will:

Guide and coach teams and stakeholders to apply Agile/Scrum principles effectively.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
Support teams in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Promote collaboration, problem-solving, and transparency within the team.
Identify and address impediments to ensure continuous progress.

Your Profile

Must haves:

Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level).
Proven Scrum Master experience in an IT environment.
Professional certifications (PSM 2 or SAFe Scrum Master).
Advanced communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering results.

Nice to haves:

Experience with DevOps and IT delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of (business) processes and requirements.
Experience in coaching and relationship management in a global context.
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
