Your Role
As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define their business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, focusing on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.
- Lead workshops with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration.
Your Profile
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with tools such as UML, BPMN, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
