Job description

Our regional team is looking for a test coordinator/a test Manager. As a test coordinator-/a test manager you are responsible for the testing activities, together with the developers, analysts, business testers, etc. in your project team. In strong collaboration with these people, you need to define a sound test strategy, test planning with the right test coverage considering the limits of time and budget.

Frequent reporting to management about the quality of the application and the related risks is key to assure that we are still on track with the project and to decide whether this application is ready to go live or not. So as a coordinator, manager you have an important role to play in a project: you need to adapt to the changing circumstances in the project and need to be creative to find solutions for encountered issues in order to ensure business value.

Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level):

  • Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),

  • >3 years of experience in testing and a first experience in leading a team of Testers,

  • Experience in test methodologies and techniques and a good understanding of improving test processes and deploying test tools,

  • Experience in having discussions regarding test strategy and test process improvements. Able to execute manual testing and support junior colleagues in doing so.

  • A true people manager/coordinator, who motivates and encourages their team to deliver quality services to our customers and help them evolve in their own career path,

  • You can identify yourself with the basic philosophy of Sogeti: establishing long-term relationships with our customers and consultants, based on a personal and open-minded approach, focusing on customer service and the quality of our deliverables
