We are looking for a dedicated and driven Senior Business Analyst to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. With your role based in Skellefteå or Heide , you will be a key player in establishing large-scale battery factories and successfully launching customer projects.
About the job:
As a business analyst in the Industrialization team, you will drive business-related and operational modeling of the large-scale battery factory being built in the Northvolt landscape. You will work cross-functionally across the project to facilitate fact-based decision-making as well as support other ongoing strategic initiatives.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play a key role in the transformation to a carbon-free society.
About the team:
The diverse and highly motivated team of industrialization project managers is based out of various locations in Northvolt. They are actively working with all relevant functions to ensure the successful industrialization of our products from project initiation to closing.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive and manage the Northvolt factories operating models, and work closely with the business to deliver on targets
- Work cross-functionally across the project to follow up on strategic initiatives, operational performance etc.
- Support in project reporting to senior management and external stakeholders (such as investors, customers, suppliers, and partners)
- Support the development and implementation of analytical tools

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- A degree in engineering
- 5+ years working experience, preferably in battery or automotive industry
- Proven track record in operations, analytics, or project management
- The flexibility to spend a certain period in our production plants during onboarding and early project phase
- Leadership skills in an international and multicultural environment
- Excellent English written and oral skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects
- International work experience
- Proficiency in other languages
