Products, R&D and Production business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. This global function creates and executes the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development and product launches for Basware’s global product portfolio. Together with other Basware units, Products, R&D and Production ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.
You will work in a dynamic team of highly skilled people whose main concern is the improving the quality of the infrastructure the applications and services are being hosted on.
We are now looking for Senior System Specialist to join our team.
Key role responsibilities (“Your Contribution”)
In this role, you will be responsible for the Basware Infrastructure and event management resolution. You are a key contributor in optimizing the performance and costs related to the cloud and application management.

Candidate qualifications (“Mutual interest”)
We would enjoy working with a professional, who possesses
- Good Windows experience: Server 2019, 2022: debugging, update management, clean-up, DNS, Firewall, RDS, have AD management experience: rights management, GPO management, AD deployments
- Should have experience in AWS Services like , Ec2, VPC,S3, Cloud watch, Lambda, CloudFormation
- Networking debugging knowledge (Cisco courses useful but not mandatory)
- Generic problem-solving skills
- General ITIL concepts (or any standard of best practices that are useful for SOC/ISO)
