We are looking for a dedicated Clean & Dry Room Planner to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Clean & Dry Room Team team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in contributing to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job
As the Clean & Dry Room Planner, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the production schedules and planning activities required to meet our ambitious project timelines and quality standards..
You will be a part of a team consisting of technicians and specialists, and together you will make sure our clean and dry rooms work as they should.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for the clean and dry room periodic operations.
  • Coordinate with the Clean and Dry Room team, as well as other departments (production, maintenance, quality, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Control the Clean and Dry Room plans validation plans and report the execution progress
  • Monitor projects progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of necessary equipment and instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in planning, scheduling & execution activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Clean and Dry Room management on project status and any potential risks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes for the Clean and Dry Room.
  • Support in the Clean and Dry Room operations.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with coordination and planning works
  • Ease in communication
  • Ability to analyze and present data
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interest in operational planning
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience in the engineering field.
  • You have a proactive work approach.
  • Ability to work well under occasionally tight schedules with good time management and focus on tasks.
