Northvolt is looking for its next passionate and excellent individual to work alongside the Executive Management team. You will work with Maria Åstrand, Northvolt’s VP of Cathode Active Material, as a high-potential Executive Assistant with the opportunity to grow into other roles within the organization. In the role, you will have close interaction with Maria and her management team. You will be responsible for her daily administration (calendar, travel, and meeting support), as well as being the hub for internal and external communications.
We’re looking for candidates with at least 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or, within project management. You have ideally worked at large-scale and/or complex organizations, in an industrial environment. This position offers the opportunity of supporting different projects throughout the organization while gaining a unique insight into how an agile and fast-paced company in an evolving industry operates.

You excel at spotting what needs fixing and making sure that happens. As an Executive Assistant, you will need to work and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple sites and stakeholders to ensure the smooth synchronization of work streams.
