We at the Rovio Stockholm Studio are behind the hugely popular title Angry Birds 2, which still 3 years after release is one of the most played games on the App Store and Google Play Store. We want to continue this trend and we need an additional pair of hands to make that happen!
This role is quite broad and we're looking for someone with experience from all areas of game programming, including mobile game optimizations, social features, UI, as well as backend systems and databases.

Help the Angry Birds 2 team take the game to the next level
Architect and implement game features and systems
Maintain and improve the code base
Work actively to help the team achieve project targets
Drive communication and knowledge sharing within the team
Help improve processes, tools and the way the team works

Good understanding of mobile platforms and hardware
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Deep interest in playing mobile f2p RPGs
Knowledge about mobile backends
Proficient in debugging, profiling and performance optimization
Broad knowledge of game architecture and technologies (gameplay, rendering, physics, AI, networking)
