IT Service Manager Controlling & Forecasting – Stockholm, Sweden (Office/Hybrid)

We want a new IT Service Manager to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!
As our IT Service Manager for Controlling & Forecasting, you will have the overall technical responsibility for systems related to our financial processes. That includes being responsible for all the technical functionality, creating roadmaps, vendor management, keeping up with technology trends, supporting and increasing knowledge level internally as well as being an important bridge between our business and technical functions.
You will work closely with other IT Service Managers, Service Specialists and internal stakeholders from the business teams such as Group and Country Finance to utilize the solutions in the best possible way for Scandic. You will also partner up with the vendors to make sure we are using the capacity in the systems in the best way.
Today we work with Dynamics 365, Basware and Adra to mention a few, we also have a new budget and forecasting platform up and coming, Board. To be able to support us in the best possible way we see that you have some experience working with these products or similar.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Being an active part in building our new tech organization with a special focus on our financial processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and facilitate forums for technical development and roadmap
- Actively keep up with technology trends within and outside the hospitality area and understand how these can be adapted to support the business needs and vision
- Work with Problem Management process, analyzing trends to mitigate incidents
- Supervision of service operations and maintenance performed by vendors
- Assure Processes for Change & Release are followed for the assigned services
- Execute configuration changes when applicable
- Budget and forecast process within systems and services

Skills & Requirements
Skills & Background:

Proven track record working with systems and processes within Finance such as Dynamics Finance & Operations, Board, Basware, Adra or similar

Experience in providing service and solutions to larger organizations

Experience in project management within the IT/Finance area

Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner

Good documentation skills

Proficiency in Swedish and English
