Capgemini Invent is looking for ambitious and inventive graduates and young professionals to join our Digital Trust & Security ** -team within the Business Technology community in Denmark. As a Consultant** at Capgemini Invent you will, together in a team, advise global business leaders and clients in major digital transformation projects.

As a part of our Digital Trust & Security-team, you will be involved in:

• The design, development, and operationalization of business driven cyber and data protection strategies as well as start-of-the-art awareness measures
• Designing, driving and executing cybersecurity programs and transformations
• Development of security target operating models, metrics & KPIs, dashboards and alignment with the leadership teams and board of directors
• Implementation of performance level and cyber due diligence assessments (organization, processes, technology, capabilities, data protection) & benchmarking in the national and international environment
• Design and implementation of governance, risk, and compliance concepts in an enterprise level with a classic and entrepreneurial approach
• Guiding our clients to embark on business resiliency transformations through crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity exercises
• Increasing customer trust and create conformity with global regulatory requirements, for example by establishing approaches for data classification and implementing adequate security measures
• Assessing and developing cybersecurity as a business initiative to our clients, such as market studies, embedded offerings and business strategies

The Business Technology team has an inventive approach to digital transformation, helping to identify and implement disruptive services, platforms, architecture, and operating models that modern enterprises need to deliver real-business value securely, at scale, and with sustainability at the core.

The person we wish to invite to join our mission:

• Holds a Master’s degree, with strong academic records, within e.g.,Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, Technology or Innovation.
• Graduating during 2024, or recently graduated and holds 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for genuine innovation.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial drive for creating change and an insatiable thirst for learning.
• Excels in collaborative efforts and is comfortable working independently.
• Quickly grasps client business matters and is passionate about future trends.
• Holds excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
• In addition, international and professional experiences as well as extracurricular activities are seen as meriting.

We welcome to join in Fall 2024, and you will be located in one of our offices in Denmark; Copenhagen or Aarhus, but with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
