Your daily tasks will involve helping businesses enhance their sales processes, utilizing the system's capabilities, and suggesting necessary changes. You'll be working alongside knowledgeable colleagues within the Dynamics team here at Sogeti.

Your Role:
As a Business Analyst within our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their sales processes and CRM needs.
- Guiding clients on optimizing their CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
- Proposing and implementing necessary changes and improvements.
- Leading workshops and sharing your knowledge with team members.
- Emphasizing customer value and demonstrating a strong business acumen in all your interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience and preferably certification in Dynamics 365 CE or previous Dynamics CRM versions.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and dedication.
- Professionalism in a consulting role and a collaborative team spirit.
- Comfortable leading workshops and passionate about delivering value to clients.
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish both written and spoken.
