Capgemini Invent skill session - creative problem solving

Are you interested in a career in management consulting? And do you want to learn how to transform the way you creatively and collaboratively solve today’s and tomorrow’s business challenges with methods like design thinking? Then come join us for our skill session on October 26th!
In this first session we will introduce key methods such as design thinking to solve today’s and tomorrow’s business challenges collaboratively and creatively. During the evening we will apply these methods working on a real-life case, creating a blueprint for a new go-to-market model to disrupt the current automotive market, focusing on customer-centric experience design.
What you can expect from the workshop:
- Understand and learn how to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s business challenges in an innovative, creative and collaboratively way based on a real automotive client example from Capgemini Invent
- Learn how to apply design thinking as an approach to creatively solve problems for and with clients to break down barriers and encourage collaboration between disciplines
- Experience how design thinking can be applied as a continuous learning exercise that helps discover solutions as a team
- Understand challenges (climate change, geopolitics, political restrictions, scarcity of resources, changing customer behavior, digitalization) of today’s automotive industry and learn about how to challenge and disrupt a “business as usual” approach of an entire industry
Program for the evening : The skill session starts at 17:30 and will end at 19:30. After this, dinner and refreshments will be served and there will be time for networking.

The event is aimed for master students aspiring to work in consulting studying within the fields of business, management, economics and IT. The session is held in English.
