As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, positioning our products effectively, and ensuring the delivery of compelling and persuasive messaging to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to create and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead a team to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead the development and delivery of compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition and differentiation of our solutions.
Collaborate closely with the product management team to deeply understand our products, their features, and their competitive landscape.
Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends, to identify new opportunities and inform product marketing strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
Create and manage marketing collateral, sales tools, and other assets to support the sales team in their efforts to generate leads and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing and the procurement industry.
Proven experience in product marketing roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong management and team-building experience.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
Knowledge and understanding of the procurement industry is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and customer success.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
