Job Description
About the position:
- coordination of parts supply for production, placing material orders to suppliers and gathering parts availability confirmations (central function)
- arranging and tracking transportation of material from T1 suppliers to company platforms
- ensuring material availability in line with the project milestones
- cooperation with local (european) suppliers
- score suppliers (impact supplier service rate according MLP)
- escalating issues to the purchasing department
- set up/manage meetings

Technical skills:
- degree in Logistics / Economics / Management / production engineering
- professional experience in areas related to purchase, planning, logistics, customer service, production management
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excel knowledge including usage of VLookup and Pivot Table functionality will be perceived as asset
