As an Inside Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to nurturing long-term customer relationships. Your primary focus will be proactively managing, retaining, and expanding your portfolio of Mid-Market customer accounts across Iron Mountain's core products, which are already widely adopted by organizations in Finland. While you will be provided with a small portfolio of existing customers, your main role as an Inside Sales Executive will be acquiring new customers. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute effective account management strategies, as well as explore innovative approaches to identify new revenue opportunities across the entire product range, including storage, services, and projects. Throughout your journey, you will receive support from the sales team in Finland and collaborate with your international colleagues
The ideal candidate we’re looking for possesses at least a few years of successful sales experience, preferably with a background in IT solutions or SaaS products. However, Iron Mountain will provide a comprehensive introduction to our products and services. Most importantly, we are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, someone who thrives on surpassing sales targets, and excels in communication and negotiation, both with team members and high-level clients.

What we expect from you:
At least a few years experience in B2B-sales, preferably with SaaS-products or IT-solutions
Solutions- and customer-oriented approach
Enthusiastic and proactive working style, with willingness to learn and develop internal processes
Communication skills both in Finnish and English
Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM-tools is considered as an advantage
