Job Description
Inventure is seeking for an enthusiastic and proactive talent to support the team in a market research project. The project will start as soon as possible, as you’re able to join the team. The total duration of the project is 40 working hours, so you can work either full-time for one week or part-time for 2(-3) weeks.
In this position, you will get to familiarize yourself with Innovation ecosystems in the Nordic and Baltic countries. You’ll conduct in-depth desktop research to explore the innovation landscape within the region by identifying and categorizing noteworthy innovation research and development units within universities, corporate innovation hubs, and accelerator programs. After the search and categorization, you’ll create a comprehensive Excel report or Google sheet detailing the current innovation activities in different countries and their types, and the key person responsible for these units.
What are we looking for?
We hope that you are a student in the field of business and commerce, whether in the early stages (e.g. 2nd-3rd year) of your studies or approaching graduation. You have good command in MS Office -tools and an enthusiastic mindset towards research work. We also expect you to have good oral and written proficiency in the English language.
The work can be conducted during office hours either at the Helsinki office or remotely from a location of your choice in Finland (please note that a working permit in Finland is required). Inventure will provide you a good introduction to the project and the required tools, but you can also use your own laptop. The salary in this position is 15€ per hour and you’ll be employed as aTalent’s employee at Inventure.
