Sogeti is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining robust DevOps frameworks. If you are passionate about automation, continuous integration and delivery, cloud infrastructure, and optimizing software development and deployment processes, we want you to join our team. Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of DevOps experience.
- Git: Proficient in Git usage and commands.
- Jenkins: Strong experience with DSL and Pipeline as code.
- Ansible: Proficient in Playbook and role development.
- Terraform: Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and/or other development languages.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and relevant qualifications.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows and RHEL platforms.
Responsibilities:
- DevOps Framework: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain a robust DevOps framework promoting continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
- Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and manage infrastructure and configuration management systems, including cloud platforms, servers, networks, and monitoring tools to support efficient software development and deployment.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Establish and maintain automated build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software releases.
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between development, operations, and stakeholders to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue identification and resolution, optimizing performance, reliability, and availability.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the development and deployment process.
- Automation & Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and implement tools and technologies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce manual efforts.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of cloud-based architectures, services, and deployment models.
- DevOps Practices: In-depth knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- System Administration: Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems and shell scripting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile teams.
