Lime is now looking for our new Strategy Implementation Lead – a great position that will lead to great things!
What about this role?
We are currently looking for our new Strategy Implementation Lead. This is a brand-new position for us, where we will create a lot of content together. The position will be in Stockholm, with trips to our different locations, but also to other places where we investigate acquisitions.
This is a business development role, which involves both conducting strategic analysis as well as driving execution and change. It contains work within both inorganic and organic growth. The inorganic area involves strategic and operative work regarding acquiring companies. You will be crunching data, analyzing, sourcing targets and leading change projects for acquired companies.
The organic area involves strategic cross functional analysis and following execution to ensure successful change and realized business values. You will have the role of project leader for some projects, and the role as project member for others, depending on the case. You will team up with, and report to, our head of M&A and strategy, Johan, and create new growth paths together.

Who are you?
We believe that you have:
Degree of Master of Science in Engineering/ Master of Science in Business and Economics
At least 3 years of experience in business development
Have strong experience from strategic consulting assignments.
Strong experience of driving cross functional change projects
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strategic and analytical skills
Impeccable verbal communication skills, in both English and Swedish
Familiarity with project management methodologies
You have an exceptional business mindset and a grit that goes above and beyond. In your previous experience, we believe that you have worked with:

To do the job required, we need you to be able to communicate in an effortless way, to get people on board with change. You drive projects autonomously and have no issues managing your stakeholders. We believe you have the nice balance between being highly analytical and a doer, who enjoys the practical aspect of project management.
