Who we’re looking for!
We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our global team and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT operations. You get to work with a range of technology solutions, from hardware to software, and from networking to cybersecurity. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and have a passion for managing IT teams and infrastructure, this role could be perfect for you. The role is located in Stockholm and will be reporting to Director Technology and Operations.
What does the role look like?
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the company's internal IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and workstations
- Evaluate organizational needs, processes, technologies, and vendors to identify and drive areas for improvement, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
- Manage and coach the IT team. You will have 7 direct reports located in Sweden, Norway and Poland
- Manage and monitor the company's IT landscape security and ensure compliance with certifications, industry standards and regulations
- Manage the budget for your area and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Define the IT roadmap supporting the company´s strategical targets on growth, internationalization, M&As etc
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT field and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure
Are we a great match?
To master the role of IT Manager, we believe that you have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working within IT and infrastructure, with at least 5 years in an IT managerial position
- Knowledgeable about ServiceNow, software development, ISO, ITIL and IT/Cybersecurity, keeping our systems secure and our operations seamless
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, can-do attitude, and you like to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills, empowering teams and fostering collaboration
- Excellent communicative skills in Swedish and English
It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
- Experience from the finance and banking industry
- Relevant university degree
